A few things to do here: This is the first place that podés catch Tentacool, even with Caña vieja. The other Pokémon available from fishing is Slowpoke.
The house right next to where you start has a lady who gives you a Revivir Máximo.
One of the houses in esquina SO (only one can be entered) has Pokémon Maníaco de movimientos who can teach your Pokémon any moves they could’ve learnt at a previous level. He only requires 1 Escama Corazón per move, which is pretty cheap.
Pokémon Park isn’t too useful, just pretty. House in the esquina SE can’t actually be entered.
The important thing here is in the esquina NE. Four trainers block your way to a Lapras.
