This place is a bit confusing: as the name says, there are seven islands which are connected by bridges into a long linear sequence. Let’s call the island you start on Island 3. The island al norte de you is Island 2, and the island to the al este de THAT is Island 1. Islands 4-7 are those podés get to by going south, in order.
Island 1: Bunch of guys picking grapefruits. The mid-bottom guy on the right side will give you TM105 (Toxic Spikes) and the Dodrio will give you a Semilla Hierba.
Island 2: Podés get an item here (Zumo de baya).
Island 3: Nothing interesting, except for the Lapras Launch to go back to Isla Navel.
Island 4: A woman in the house here will tell you about the Snorlax problem. Since you want to go deal with it, she will let the guard know. A guy in the Centro Pokémon will give you a Zumo de baya.
Island 5: This island is completely devastated by Snorlax. Hay some green-ish patches left, and two of them contain hidden Berry Juices: the one at the very NE, and one roughly in the middle: go east from the bridge and it should be the second patch you see.
Island 6: More devastation. There’s one hidden Zumo de baya, in a green-ish patch: go east from the bridge, go down from the first patch and search the second one.
Island 7: Tenés que hablar con the woman in the house on Island 4 in order para obtener here. Hay un ICONIC Snorlax here (level 45).
Go back to Island 4 and hablar con the woman again — you will get some Restos.
If you have bought the Incenses at Meseta Añil, podés give Incienso Lento to Snorlax and breed it para obtener a Munchlax.
Podés now use the Lapras Launch to reach the next island, Trovita Island.
