Once you get out, podés find several vendors. Cuidado; you’ll eventually lose access to Meseta Añil, so you might want to buy some things now.

What do these items actually do? Incenses have an effect in battle when held, but they are also necessary to obtain certain Pokémon. That’s because they can help you get “baby Pokémon”, which are the pre-evolutions of certain Pokémon. If you want to learn more about them, I would recommend using Bulbapedia. At this point, the Incienso Duplo is the only one that can work for you: podés use it with Chansey to breed Happiny. The Incienso Duplo also doubles the amount of money you get from trainer battles, so it’s handy if you don’t have the Moneda Amuleto for some reason.
So, which Incenses do you actually need to buy now? Assuming you don’t want their battle effects and just want to breed para obtener baby Pokémon asap, Full, Luck, Rock, Odd and Incienso Marino are most important, as you will have a chance para obtener these Pokémon in the not-too-distant future.
Incienso Suave is just unnecessary to buy at all, as there will actually be a free one in the area where the relevant Pokémon appears for the first time. The Incienso Floral is also unnecessary since you’ll first be able para obtener the baby form of the Pokémon that can use it. As for the Pure and Wave Incenses, by the time you actually get the Pokémon that use them, you’ll have access to a permanent tienda de inciensos, so there’s no need to buy them here.
Ojo: if you get a Happiny, you won’t be able to evolve it into a Chansey yet - this requires an 
Piedra Oval; you don’t have access to one yet.
Heart Scales are used with Recordador de movimientos. They got much cheaper with the more recent generations, so that change has been reflected here. Everstones have 2 effects - it stops evolution when held and forces a parent’s nature onto a baby when breeding. Not too useful since you’ll be able to buy nature-changing items later on in el juego.
There’s still a lot of trainers para obtener money for the remaining items, but if you need more, there are a few options.

Meowth: Meowth can learn an attack called “Pay Day”. Whenever you use it, you get money equal to double Meowth’s level at the end of the battle. Ojo: tenés que decline Meowth’s evolution a few times para obtener it. Podés double the amount by using Moneda Amuleto or Incienso Duplo, but it’s not really worth it — even with Lv. 100 Meowth o Persian (which you’re probably far from having), you’d only get 400 per Pay Day. There’s one more advantage of Meowth, though: it can have the ability Pickup and get you items as you walk.

Crime: And by “crime”, I mean TM46, Thief. A few wild Pokémon can have items. Catching a Pokémon will give you the item, obviously, but that’s not financially sound since you’d be down a cost of
Poké Ball and, more to the point, the items themselves might be rare. Hay un ability, Frisk, that can tell you whether a Pokémon has an item or not, but unfortunately, you don’t have access to it yet.
What you DO have access to, though, is Butterfree. Butterfree has the ability Ojo compuesto that increases the chance vas a encontrar a Pokémon with an item.
Next step is just to use Thief. Fortunately, Butterfree is able to learn it from the TM. Acordate que Butterfree must not hold any item, otherwise the theft won’t work.
An advanced setup is to have Butterfree in the front, but already fainted (its ability will still work like that), and a Pokémon with Frisk and Thief in the second spot. That way you’ll get lots of items and podés steal them easily.
So, is there a good place to steal? Most items that can be obtained are not that expensive, pero Monte Moon is a pretty good one. It has two good money makers: Paras y Clefairy/Clefable (both have a greater chance to be encountered on the top floor).
Clefairy can hold a 
Piedra Lunar, which, apart from the fact that it’s important for the evolution of several Pokémon lines, can be sold for 2000. Paras, on the other hand, can have either a Mini Seta or a Seta Grande. Tiny Mushrooms can be sold for 250, while Big Mushrooms can be sold for 2500! Ojo compuesto make them appear 20% of the time, so it’s a bit time-intensive but potentially profitable.
Alternatively, you might want to try Aldea Oculta. Hay wild Paras here también, but podés also find Staryu — and Staryu can have Polvoestelar or Trozo Estrella. Even common Polvoestelar can be sold for 1000 and Trozo Estrella for even more money. Unfortunately, Staryu are pretty rare.
Basically: if you want to gather some Moon Stones for evolution, hit Monte Moon — otherwise, Aldea Oculta might be better.
As a note: there’s one more item a Paras might have: Seta Aroma. That can be sold for an incredible 25,000, but it’s rare, even with Ojo compuesto.
As for farming specific items for their USE, I’d suggest waiting until you get Frisk. But we’ll have time for this after we go through Pokémon League!
