Andá a the west, then north para obtener a 
Poké Ball. Guarding the Pokéball is a Tutor de movimientos who can teach your Pokémon the move Snore. Ojo: the item behind the Gym todavía no se puede obtener.
al SE de the Centro Pokémon is a guy who will tell you about how trade evolutions work in Fire Ash.
Team Rocket (will be abbreviated TR de ahora en más) is in the Centro Pokémon. Tenés que defeat them to abrir la salida norte from the city.

In every Centro Pokémon, there’s also now a person in the top left corner who allows you to initiate Intercambio Wonders!

Al derrotar a them also means that tu mamá, back in Pueblo Paleta, will curar tu equipo when you hablar con her de ahora en más.
The path west (Ruta 22) is blocked until you get 8 badges, so go north.
Visita posterior
The old man who blocked the entrance to the Gimnasio Verde will now move away, letting you access it. The moment you enter it, you’ll be thrown into battle with a L50 Mewtwo, so be prepared to catch it! While podés chuck 
Ultra Balls at it, I would suggest just using the 
Master Ball you got from Silph S.A. There will be a few more Master Balls in future, plus, Mewtwo is the first Legendary in el juego that actually blocks your progress, so you might not have as much time and resources to prepare for it as you want.
Once the battle is over, you go immediately into a battle with TR.
Batalla icónica
An exploit you could use to make el juego ridiculously easy is that if you lose to TR, the events inside of the Ciudad Verde gym restart, allowing you para obtener as many Mewtwos as you’d like.
Defeat them and the Gym collapses. You’ll appear outside.
Hay un item close to where you are. It’s the 
Medalla Tierra, plus TM26 (Earthquake). In addition, podés go through the wreckage of the Gym para obtener a Huevo Suerte, an extremely useful item that boosts EXP for any Pokémon that holds it.

Before you head to Ruta 22, volvé awards Pueblo Paleta. There will be an ICONIC LV 5 Mr. Mime blocking the way. When you hablar con it, you have the option of letting it join your team. Now volvé a Viridian, and andá al oeste to route 22.

¡Sorpresa! El gimnasio que habían destruido ahora está de pie otra vez. Hay dos personas importantes. Una es Scott, el dueño del Frente Batalla. La otra es Agatha, del Alto Mando de Kanto. Scott te pide que pelees y le ganes a Agatha: si lo lográs, te invita al desafío del Frente Batalla.
Ya podés pelear a Agatha del Alto Mando, que está adelante.
