Going past her, you’ll see an item ball. You have to go all the way north, go down some stairs then go all the way back. It’s a Caramelo Raro so it’s pretty worth it.

Go back to the stairs and take the top path first to grab a visible Piedra Solar. Then go back and face the trainer, though search the top rock in the two rocks to the al este de him for a Restaurar Todo.

Hablá con Goh and he’ll take you back to the lab. Hablá con Cerise to find out that people in Sinnoh are suffering from nightmares… that sounds bad. Let’s let Goh viaje rápido us to Pueblo Aromaflor, though we actually want to be in the Meadow.

Hablá con Allister for a Max Soup (Ash uses it on his Gengar). If you want more, the vendor next to him sells them for 10000 each. When you exit the gym, Dawn calls you to go to Ciudad Canal. She’ll be in the library.

But first, we can actually catch the Galarian Birds in the Área Silvestre! Moltres de Galar is in Área 2 next to the pillar where you evolve Yamask de Galar, Zapdos de Galar is in Área 4, NE of the scientists that gave you the Galarian fossil Pokémon and Articuno de Galar is in Área 5 (if you just head SW from the long bridge you’ll see it).

They’re all LV 50 and I recommend using Fast Balls on Zapdos (since it’s fast), and Timer Balls on the other 2, like with their Kantonian counterparts.

In the library, hablá con Cynthia and she’ll give you one of the starter Pokémon from Legends: Arceus to choose from: Rowlet, Cyndaquil y Oshawott (or none, but why would you pass up a free Pokémon???). They’ll be at LV 35.

Something’s up, so you’re taken to Ciudad Vetusta. Entrá a the Centro Pokémon and battle Brock.

Then head to Ciudad Puntera Stadium for another WCS battle… or uhh, not? It’s in Pueblo Crampón, according to the Team Yell (will be abbreviated TY de ahora en más) grunts…
