That’s because it has the best path: Sinnoh stop of the inter-regional teleport is in a town with Centro Pokémon, and therefore a regional teleport that can get you right to Pueblo Sosiego where the Day Care is. Kalos has the same feature, but the Day Care is a bit farther from a Centro Pokémon.
But you might want to wait a bit — the next Day Care has even better placement.
