Al ganar te da la Súper caña

So, what’s Súper caña for? In the locations you’ve seen so far, it won’t actually help you all that much; usually, you’ll be able to catch the same Pokemon podés get with Caña vieja or Caña buena, except that they will be 10 levels higher.

Generally, if you’re trying to catch a particular Pokemon, the Súper caña will improve your chances ONLY if you want to catch the “rarer” Pokemon with Caña vieja. The most important example is probably Ruta 121 — Encuentros in Hoenn where Súper caña gives you a better chance para obtener a Luvdisc for potential Escama Corazón farming. In all other situations, however, a specific Pokemon is easier to catch with one of the other Rods.

The only exception from this general rule is Pueblo Paleta, where podés get Horsea y Staryu with Súper caña, but none of the others.

Andá a Pueblo Arcilla and hablar con Profesora Encina to start the N arc. Ojo: Ciudad Gresada cierra para siempre después, así que comprá/subí de nivel ahora.

After talking to Profesora Encina, go to Ciudad Hormiganzo and take the newly opened western exit to Route 20.
