Hay three houses in the northern part of the town. The middle house lleva Restos while the right house has a guy who will trade his Munchlax por tu Cinccino. It’s a chance para obtener Munchlax/Snorlax if you didn’t catch the one on Orange Islands.
The Girl by the Centro Pokémon is a Tutor de movimientos for Relic Song. Inside, there will be a guy who will give you a

Andá a the esquina NO of the town. Before entering Cynthia’s Villa, stand east to the sign and go one tile east, two tiles north and check the bush al este de you for a Maxipepita. Next, go to the bottom left corner of the courtyard and pick up the Espejo Veraz. Now enter the villa — this will update the sistema de teletransporte de Teselia so that now podés teleport here. Go north, west, and north into a room where podés fight Dawn.

Al salir, TR tomó el pueblo. They block all exits and even the Centro Pokémon teleport. (If you need to use the PC, there’s one in the Copa Júnior building). A new path opens east from the Copa Júnior building; go through it to reach Bahía Arenisca.
In the Bay, beat the seven TR trainers on the lower level.

When you get up the stairs, you’ll be thrown into another Jessie/James battle.

After the battle, you’ll be transported back into town and the Bay won’t be accessible anymore.
Meloetta is now blocking the northern exit from the town. Hablá con it y llevatelo. Go through the exit.
(At this point, the blocked eastern exit on Route 9 will open también. However, both Route 9 and Ruta 12 — Encuentros lead to the same place: Ciudad Caolín.)
