Salí de the Centro Pokémon and go east. Hay un ICONIC LV 15 Charmander on the rock. If you’ve talked to his former trainer, podés take him. Once you have him, return to the Centro Pokémon and hablar con the guy on the left to obtain a Charcoal.

In previous versions, to obtain a TM later, you needed a Charizard, however this is no longer the case.
