Note Eevee, especially. You probably have, or can grab, evolution stones para obtener Vaporeon, Jolteon, y Flareon.
Espeon y Umbreon require happiness and Eevee needs to be levelled up de día or night respectively.
Hay 2 ways para obtener Leafeon: Use a 
Piedra Hoja on Eevee, or level Eevee up near a Roca musgo. The first Roca musgo is in Hoenn, so use a Piedra Hoja if you want Leafeon now.
Hay also 2 ways para obtener Glaceon (like Leafeon): Use an 
Piedra Hielo on Eevee, or level Eevee up near an Roca helada. Unlike Leafeon however, no podés obtain it right now since no podés actually buy Ice Stones until you get to Sinnoh. Coincidentally, the first Roca hielo location is in Sinnoh so either way you’ll have to wait until podés get Glaceon.
For Sylveon, you need MAX friendship and a movimiento de tipo Hada. This will have priority over Espeon y Umbreon, so if you want either of them, make sure your Eevee doesn’t have any movimientos de tipo Hada.
Also note that Farfetch’d can have Leek — try para obtener one from them por tu own Farfetch’d!
