Although podés choose whichever route you want, battling with TA gives you the highest exp yield, thanks to all the Walrein they have.

Regardless of which team you choose, after you beat them, you will have to face Groudon, and then Kyogre. Both are LV 35. Both of them are pretty heavy so you’ll get bonuses from using Heavy Balls, although Groudon weighs more than Kyogre so it will have a higher bonus. However, their base Speed is under 100 so Fast Balls won’t work well here.

Ojo: Kyogre has Aqua Ring for healing and Groudon has Rest.

Once they’re caught, Lance thanks you and leaves, letting you go back to the captain who will now take you to Ciudad Algaria.
