When you arrive in the Aldea Marina harbour, go north and west along the 2nd pier. The man in the house will give you a Pepita. On the central platform is a girl who will give you a Bola de Humo.
To the al oeste de the central platform, there’s a dead end with a Hidrostal Z.
To the al este de the central platform is a ship moored on the easterm pier. Inside, there are several cabins with trainers and items. In the main hallway, there’s an older guy who’ll give you a Mimikium-Z.
First cabin has 1 trainer and a 
Magmatizador.

Towards the end of the hall is a vendor who will sell you Heart Scales for 100 apiece and Nectars to change your Oricorio’s form for 300 apiece. That’s all inside the ship, so head back outside.
Ojo: both ships can be entered, but the other ship is full of nothing but NPCs, so nothing of note.
Outside the Centro Pokémon is a Tutor de movimientos for Seed Bomb. The centre itself has a tuber that will give you a Puño Suerte.
Now andá al norte into the Yermo de Poni.
